Phase 1: Technical Business Development (Market Building)

This phase establishes market viability and secures initial interest. These activities are performed at no cost to our partners.

1. AI-Assisted Global Market Mapping

  • What We Do: We utilize advanced technology and market intelligence to identify, qualify, and initiate contact with new international partners specific to Abrasives and Precision Machined Components. Our focus is on finding genuine, high-potential buyers and collaborators.

  • Your Benefit: You achieve unparalleled speed and accuracy in market access, minimizing the time and resources you would otherwise spend on ineffective prospecting.


2. Digital Market Representation & Promotion

  • What We Do: We actively represent your products digitally, managing online promotion and securing high-quality, technically relevant discussions with potential global buyers.

  • Your Benefit: You gain a professional, technically articulate footprint in critical global markets without the logistical burden and high cost of physical presence.


3. Technical Sourcing & Vetting Assurance

  • What We Do: For international buyers, we provide a crucial service to audit, vet, and technically qualify potential Indian manufacturers, ensuring their capability and compliance before any deal is signed.

  • Your Benefit: Mitigation of sourcing risk and assurance that the manufacturer meets the stringent technical specifications required for Abrasives and Precision Machined Components.


Phase 2: Transaction Facilitation & Assurance (Commission on Sales)

Once a deal is secured during Phase 1, AVB GLOBAL EXIM transitions to a Transaction Assurance role. Our goal is to ensure the manufacturer and buyer can transact successfully.

  • Our Role: We remain the trusted Facilitator, assisting the manufacturer with final buyer compliance, required documentation, and quality sign-off to ensure a successful direct export. We can assist in finding reliable third-party export agents or forwarders for execution if needed.

  • How We Get Paid: A commission on sales (success-based fee) is paid by the manufacturer upon the confirmed commercial sale to the international buyer, recognizing the successful Business Development services we delivered in Phase 1.
